Property search
Finding the right property for you
Using our extensive network of contacts, property
sellers and estate agents across the French and
Swiss Alps we identify the winter chalets and
apartments for sale that fit your property specifications.
We correspond with the sellers on your behalf
and visit the resort to view any properties that
are particularly suitable.
Our guides to French ski resorts and Swiss ski resorts are a good starting point for narrowing down the desired location of your ski chalet or apartment.
Reporting the options
After an extensive and pro-active search we present
you with a portfolio of suitable chalets and apartments
for sale in your chosen location. Our report advises
on the pros and cons of each property and includes
floorplans, measurements, interior and exterior
photographs and translated sales particulars (as
required). Should you wish to visit the property
we can accompany you and arrange your accommodation
and travel plans.
Staying in touch
We send you regular updates and reports throughout
by email, telephone or post as best suits you,
and in English or French (with other languages
arranged on request).

On your behalf we negotiate the price and all
other terms and conditions of sale with the property
seller or their estate agent.
Mortgages and financing
Alpine Specialist can introduce you to banks offering

and help you organise a loan or mortgage for your

An ongoing relationship for peace of mind
Few of our clients live in their new chalet or
apartment year-round. Our resort-based after-purchase
service is on hand to deal with any property management
or maintenance issues that may arise. Whether
you need somebody to oversee major building works,
advise on renovation or re-decoration, carry out
minor maintenance jobs or arrange for a house-keeper
or gardener, we can take care of it.
