How we work

We keep it simple and clear with a two-part charging structure.

1. Fee on property purchase
Our main fee is payable only when you purchase property. This is 2% of the total purchase price and is payable on exchange of contracts.

2. Day rate for services
We charge clients a day rate for all services carried out by us on your behalf. The day rate is deducted from the purchase fee paid when you buy a ski chalet or luxury alpine apartment.

We also ask you to cover our expenses including all travel costs and accommodation and daily living costs when in France or Switzerland.

We publish our charging structure as we understand that a transparent and open relationship with our clients is important.
